A planet of prosperity and peace for two hundred millennia, has thrived under the agreement of a tithe to its sovereign. However, as the time for the next tithe approaches, the land begins to wither, plunging its leaders into a dilemma. Divided between confronting the sovereign or allowing the problem to resolve itself, they must choose a path that will determine the fate of their people.
