This story might be reminiscent of certain other magic school adventures, but it has its own twists. It's a tribute to those stories, but with an older and (somewhat) more mature cast. There are elements of isekai, urban fantasy, magical academy, and good old fashioned British comedy. There's action, progression, intrigue, humor, and a little slice of (magical) life.
