Thirteen-year-old Colt was walking home from school one day, dreading seeing his parents and dealing with their abuse once more, wishing he could escape to another world, one of magic and adventures and where he can make at least one friend. To his surprise, a talking and flaming butterfly appears before him and offers him just that!

Thirteen-year-old Tyler complains to no one in particular about his father's draconian rule over his life, wishing he could escape so that he could finally learn some Skills, gain some Levels, and fight some monsters while having fun. To his surprise, an Envoy of the gods appears before him and offers him just that!

Colt and Tyler quickly meet and become fast friends, then agree to seek out a trainer together so that they can learn what they need to before beginning their adventure. Who the god was that brought these two overpowered boys together, they don't know and they don't much care beyond wanting to thank him. All they care about is having fun together, and fortunately, it comes easily and without struggle!

Posting Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays with some exceptions.

Important Notes:

1) This is a story about a pair of OP boys doing OP things. It is not a story that will be filled with action, conflict, drama, etc. There will be very few - if any - conflicts people people or political issues and whatnot.

2) This story is told in first-person tense with multiple point of views (two main characters), with in-chapter PoV changes. However, you will also notice that the way they act and their narrative voice is extremely similar, which is deliberate and will eventually come up in-story.

3) Restating it, this is a story about two OP boys doing things and having fun. It is not a story that will be filled with action, conflict, politics, tension, struggles, etc., just two boys having fun. If you're wanting that in a story, look elsewhere.

4) The Sexual Content tag is on this story preemptively; there will be no sex scenes between Colt and Tyler until after they're eighteen years old.
