In an empty, impoverished city where 90% of the former population no longer lives, there lies a young woman sitting alone through it, Fuchsia River. She wishes to revive a dead friend, and it's all she has to look forward to. Follow Fuchsia as the world pulls her along with a noncohesive band of people who brought themselves into a terrible situation.
