Book 1: Changing Tides

The Archon is dying, and with him the stability established during his reign. Outside the island of Syroneika, and the lands within the Archon's domain, conflict has once again arisen. The continent of Erdenia is in flux, surrounding nations move to swallow their neighbors, roving bands of barbarian marauders pillage the countryside, and the seas are choked with piracy. With internal conflicts threatening to tear the League apart, there is little that can be done to reign in the ambitions of the nobility.

Within this chaos the Archon's former advisor and general is set to appear once more. Forced to the frontier a decade ago, the Scholar has become the most powerful warlord in the south. But things have been awry lately, beasts stalk the lush Jormani forests, feasting on errant travelers. Even as the Scholar and his band make their way north, they must prepare for the unexpected.

A chance encounter with a young gladiator may affect both their fates, the Tides are Changing. Both danger and opportunity await, for when paths align, new avenues into the unknown open.

Release schedule: Monday & Wednesday

Update: 5/8/21- Since the Writathon is over, updates will slow down. Although I would like to release chapters everyday, my summer classes start on the 10th. Work and class will leave little time for writing and the speed will slow down. I hope you understand, that I will need to switch over to a 2 day a week release schedule due to the difficulty my class and work schedule result in.
