The only thing that was on Timothy Quill's mind as he was unfairly berated for poor service, was how did his life take such a drastic turn? All he had to do was utter a single word to his father, and he would not have to work a single day in his life again. Born with a golden spoon, he had a life most would kill for.

Why then, did he put himself through this pointless charade? He simply didn't care for material wealth anymore. After all, could all the wealth in the world possibly bring her back? A world without Amanda was nothing but a gray, muted landscape filled with endless despair. He felt unworthy of the unconditional support his parents offered, but the Timothy they knew no longer existed, only a fragment of what he once was.

In a bizzare turn of events, Tim found himself in the middle of an intergalactic invasion with a foreign system implanting itself in his mind. Aliens, huh? He could care less. Or maybe he'd already gone insane. Atleast until the miraculous means of the system made him see a possibility that he could previously not.

Could it bring HER back? If so, he would pay any price to see it happen, even if it meant choosing the hardest difficulty.

Let the madness ensue.
