Everything was how it was supposed to be. That is, until 'they' arrived, bringing with them a force, that would change everything. Suddenly, one day, they arrived in our world, no matter where you were, you could see it flying in the sky. What happened next though, was even stranger. People became capable of doing things, formerly thought impossible. A mere thing of fiction now reality. And it didn't just affect a few people, no it affected all of them, the entire world population.

As such, Micheal too, was affected by it. The moment he woke up, the day after 'their' arrival, his whole world was upside down. Quite literally so.
