In New York City, there exists special schools for cultivators known as "Jungle Schools". The students from these Jungle Schools, known as "Warriors", are encouraged by the state to engage in high-impact battles with students from other schools until only one school sits atop all the others. For them, the state law is irrelevant. All that matters is the Law of the Jungle.
