War between the United Federations of Mars and the Inner Sphere Federation culminates with the use of Autonomous Machine Arsenals. The story follows the height of the Second Solar War as told from the eyes of Abaddon, a sentient weapon platform that enjoys long walks on the beach, sunsets on Titan, war and ridiculing carbon-based lifeforms.
