After finishing his book, Douglas takes a break to revel in the utter tripe he just wrote. Filled with deus ex machina, self-inserts, overpowered characters, and petty revenge it is everything bad about writing done as an exercise as to what avoid. The next morning he awakes to find himself stuck as the villain of his story with two words resting on his mind: "Write Better."
