This is a short collection of simple recipes that anyone can cook.
You will rarely find measurements and proportions, except when it's strictly necessary, as I tend to eye things when I cook instead of relying on measuring aids.
This might seem difficult to the more inexperienced to follow at first, but it will allow you to soon start cooking the recipes you come up with yourself and to modify those presented here without needing a master degree in chemistry.
