Shadows were always present in the Foundation Dungeon, lurking at every corner. Ignored, forgotten, they receeded into the background, fearing even the lonely torch in a novice's hand.

Glint's torch shone brighter than most as he descended into the dungeon, hellbent on surpassing his lessers and moving on to new battlegrounds. Armed with a longsword and the foreknowledge of well-memorized traps and puzzles, it seemed an easy adventure.

However, the Foundation shifts and turns, presenting new hurdles for adventurers to overcome. A stone wall, a blank slate, and the crucial encounter that would morph Glint's life into something he was wholly unprepared for.
