Archey Billiard, a thirty-five year old personification of failure, works in a run-down amusement park to the whims of his otherworldly, OSHA-defying boss, Mr Legion. Suddenly, everything Archey knows is flipped upside down as he finds himself tangled in a bizarre conspiracy revolving around the true nature of Winchward Beach and his own, mysterious past.
