This is the way the world ends! Not with a band but a whimper.

Aliens have been watching our world ever since an unexplained meteor shower saturated the planet with nanites. They have deemed our species as predatory and have decided to test our race if we are ready to join the Galactic Council and hundreds of other worlds. Their first test is to see if we can survive the Zombie Armageddon. 1% of the population will be turned into Zombies each day for the next time days and the rest of us must survive the new crazy system they have imposed on us.

Over the next ten years, the story looks on the life of Dan Adams a Texan hoping to keep his family alive through all of the aliens tests.

(Author Note: This is my second story on RoyalRoadl. My heart and soul is in World of Argos and this is just for fun as I get writers block on my other story. I would expect long dead periods between chapters, but yes I will always return to this story and update it.)
