After centuries of research and experimentation mankind had brought about drastic changes to the earth and it's inhabitants. The contitnents have morphed and merged, plant and animal life has evovled in unimaginable ways and the world has become a chaotic place to live.

Many cities in the world have been lost to war, destruction or experimentation causing the many old nations and countries to lose their borders and indivuality. From the chaos of instability rose a man capable of leading the people who rose to the seat of the world's ruler; the Monarch.

Under this man's rule many old traditions have been reinstated and the bans on many cruel and unspeakable acts have been lifted. The biggest change brought about was the legalisation of human experimentation.

In the year of 2521 a young boy, oppressed and used by corrupted adults and madmen decides to break free of his slavers and fight for freedom. But more than anything else, revenge against the ones who treated him like tool of war and research.
