The world most popular MMORPG is called 'Elder Tales', millions of people around the world play this game, but, among all the players there is one that is the envy of all, Gawain The Crimson Knight, who clears high-level quests like it's nothing.

What the millions of players don't know, is that Gawain is played by a young teenage girl whos a shut-in living with her older brother in a one bedroom apartment named Airi Yoshimi. But one day, while attempting what seemed like a normal retrieval quest Airi finds herself in place of Gawain, what's more In the real world she is somehow in a coma, now Airi is thrown into what seems like a real world version of Elder Tales, where she must find out how and why she was brought to this world before she either dies in this new world, or her time in the real-world is up.
