Synopsis:
Simon Belfonse, a lawyer living in New York, was lounging in Central Park when it happened. The System activated, giving everyone in the world a random amount of points, which they could spend on supernatural powers and equipment. Simon, having been given an abnormal number of points, purchases the power, Contract Creation.
And then, all hell breaks loose.
