Prince Calex Zath Archivon had just turned sixteen and he doesn't care about the Imperial throne or the politics his brothers played. His only desire is to have his own command of troops. But when he asked for fifty men, but was given thirty young recruits.

He knows his time is short and he needs his men to be at their best form as soon as possible. To do that, he knows he needs them to experience fighting while putting their very being on the line.
