This story takes place in modern earth, no magic no VR just a reincarnated guy as a monkey, no he can't speak the human language.
Well of course we can't have a mortal MC so Jeff is a magic immortal monkey in modern earth.
A word of caution I just decided to make this on the spot when I got really bored...so I have literally no planned story and will just write what comes to mind when I'm bored and alone...
