St. Lucy academy is where kids with special abilities are shipped to train and hone their skills, providing they would never leave the school grounds, Richard was placed under A rank or AKA Libertate Estate located under the statue of Liberty, only those who win the Grand Survival games can gain get out into the real world and be free for 3 years providing they return to the school after the duration is out, some students or should we say prisoners in Richard's eyes manage to escape the high school division some were killed others are still lurking around trying to survive the beasts the school releases to kill the dysfunctional students, Richard suspected this has happened to his other siblings since his own mother doesn't remember them anymore and soon his mother will forget about him as well and even his little sister Lucy.
