In my own words, Life's Losers is not a power fantasy. It's a power fantasy gone wrong. The book seeks to answer: what would really happen if god-like powers were offered to a main character who's too depressed to safely wield a kitchen knife?

The LitRPG system is very minimalistic and has a unique place in the world's magic system, but the system is not super present in volume 1. Don't expect emphasis on leveling up. Yet.
