In a world where magic is forbidden those that manipulate it are seen as monsters. With ill intentions toward all living beings, and the cause of this Witch Plague, as it is called, which has no cure that is known of and may strike any living being down; whether it be plants, animals, or even people.

Ivy, a young woman, has unfortunately been infected by the plague, and in a desperate attempt to preserve her life, she seeks out one of those magic manipulators, a witch. Ivy, who's always been skeptical of the old stories, learns that things aren't as they seem, and witches are not the source of the plague, but the "cure" she may so desperately need.

Ivy must learn to manipulate the magic within herself and in the world if she is to survive her affliction. But becoming a witch's apprentice is only the beginning, for the world's very balance is at stake.
