No investigations even from the greatest detectives and investigators could find where he went, so the region accepted that they would return to an era with no heroes once more. Until an invitation with a golden crest was sent to Arcanzar Military Academy.Reggie Marshall is a man who believes he has nowhere left to go. While being 21, he still hasn't enrolled himself into college and finds no desire to either. Without much friends or even family as his father disappeared mysteriously 4 years ago... He lives a dull life, unable to move forward. That is, until he receives a letter with a golden crest claiming to be from his father. With nothing else to do and the love for his father in mind, Reggie takes the letter and goes to the address on it. However, once he gets off the bus, Reggie quickly realizes he most likely isn't on Earth anymore: having been whisked to a land of magic, sorcery and monsters. Despite having no aptitude or even the possibility to learn magic at all, he is forced to enroll in the Arcanzar Military Academy: an academy of mages learning to use their power for their countries.One major issue lies in the way.Apparently, Reggie finds out his father is some grand and epic hero. Expecting them to be about 10-20 chapters long per arc.- Slow burn. The first protagonist is an ordinary human, so how will he be able to survive in this world of magic and fighting...? - Focus on action. Some chapters might be entirely fights.
