Content Warning: I'm putting this here because my first review paints a rather dark view of this story. The characters start as children. They will get hurt, and even permanently injured as children. They do grow up but not until volume 2.

There are heavy body modification and to an extent body horror themes throughout, with a major lean towards dealing with and overcoming body disphoria and body dismorphia. It has also been said that the characters lack agency - because they do. This is an intentional story point with large implications for later plot, but will seem very railroaded at first. For the first volume the main characters are placed in a situation without any choices of their own.

This story will be a hard read for some, and it may not be for everyone. I hope people will read it regardless. As this is a story of being broken, and being Reforged stronger from the pieces.

I have also added content warning to the tags for this story, as there is a lot of combat, and some of the descriptions can get a little graphic, and there will be sensitive topics dealt with in later volumes

What to expect:

- A world with deep lore and long history, with plenty of mysteries to speculate on.

- A Monster Progression system based on hunting creatures to increase abilities

- A non overpowered MC. She will have advantages, yes, but there will always be someone stronger

- Absolutely no Harem, most likely no adult content past violence against monsters, and no plan for a romance subplot at this time

- If there is disturbing content in a chapter, I will try to find include a TW in the pre chapter box.

- This story, or at least the abilities the characters will gain, does center around transformation and body transformation. There are a lot of monstrous transformations and elements of body horror throughout

this is an experiment and my first time writing something like this. hope you enjoy.
