Terry's purpose is to prove them wrong.

They say there is no hope in Wichita.

The Emperor rules with an iron fist, his undead legions vast, the night eternal.

But Terry will serve as that beacon of hope to the powerless. He will bring light to his home.

And no one will stand in his way. Not even his S-ranked grandfather, the Emperor Himself.

This story is inspired by all the titans of the superhero genre—Worm, Super Supportive, the Boys, and so many more. It trends dark, but I meant it when I said Terry will be that beacon of hope. In a morally grey world ruled by superpowered autocrats, a little bit of good can shine bright.

The progression is slow-burn to start, but once it gets going, it really gets going.

This is a system-superhero story, so there will be skills, ranks, and so on once Terry unlocks his superpowers.
