These concepts cease to exist once C-Energy infiltrates our world in 2084; replacing and enhancing Earth's technology. Like sheep, humanity follows the new ordinances established by those in power. However, there are individuals who have chosen to break the mold, wolves in sheep's clothing dedicating themselves to the cause.

Raiko Ohm, codenamed Kat, is one of the many nonconformists of New Kyoto. As a Conductor, Raiko can physically manipulate the world around her, as can her comrades codenamed Panda and Lyon. Together, the three set out on a mission to conquer the governance to forge a new world that restores free will to humanity once again.
