Elora the Goddess wakes up from a seven-year nap to learn that the Demon Lord is somehow still alive. She is rightfully furious because she sent three human heroes to defeat the demonic menace before she fell asleep.

Elora decides to visit the mortal world to whip her lazy heroes into shape but inadvertently kills all of them. Very embarrassed, she defeats the Demon Lord herself and starts to wonder if this whole hero business is even necessary.

Unfortunately for Elora, the many realms of heaven have grown accustomed to sending humans to clean up their various messes. Some of Elora's own angels have even fallen in love with human heroes and abandoned their heavenly duties.

But Elora will not be deterred! She soon decides that even if it means waging war on all the realms of heaven, she will bring about the death of isekai!
