"The goddess Eleonora has a plan and we do not question the faith." This simple edict has been passed down Eric's family for generations. The descendants of devout acolytes of various deities have all been gifted sight beyond the material plane. Some families can see death's slow approach, other's opportunity as it knocks... Eric's family, under the guidance of Eleonora, is one of the few bloodlines that can see love about to blossom. But not all love is ordained by the divine and able to exist within her grand design. Some threads of connection must be severed to preserve the greater good. Eric, being a seer born without any true love lines of his own, is given the task of severing every connection that goes against the goddess' wishes, as his blighted line was severed so many years ago. All is as it should be until a heretic who shares his sight fights back to avenge her own cut line.
