Statistically, 40% of apocalypse class events result from dwarves digging too deep. So, when the Ashbeard clan discovers the infested ruins of an ancient dread Empire, they don't hesitate. They dig. And they die.
But the clan patriarch's death activates an ancient curse, and his memories are sent to his heir, along with a system to enhance the bloodline. If one dwarf falls, their heir will rise up, wiser and stronger.
How many generations will it take? They must reclaim their lost treasures. They must grow a humble outpost to the glory of their kin. Dungeon delving is not a battle, but a war.
What to expect:
-This is a dungeon exploration / kingdom builder litrpg with a more realistic timescale. We will see a realm gradually grow from humble beginnings, to greater and greater power.
-The main characters are dwarves, so the story will feature mining, forging, hating on elves and all the good stuff.
-The litrpg system does not focus on numbers, but on great achievements, which will be rewarded appropriately.
