The year is 2088. Organized crime plagues the city of Chicago like a disease. Fighting for money but most importantly to survive is a small gang of four miscreants and social outcasts who have found themselves on hard times and strapped for cash. They take odd jobs around the city, stealing and murdering indiscriminately. There are no good-guys anymore, and the ones that exist don't make it very far.
