Keo is a streetrat. He barely manages to get food and water for him and his dog every day. That is until the day a mage shows up in his home, looking to eradicate the spirit that has protected him from the horrors of a life on the street. A death spirit haunts his home and protects him, but it is unbound, and the Mage cannot let an unbound death spirit be. As the mage hunts and realizes the situation that Keo is in, the mage makes a decision that will change Keo's life forever.
