Peter Rookwood was an ordinary human. He worked, ate, slept, talked with his friends, was in the process of getting a new girfriend. This ended when the infamous truck hit him and sent him to isekai.

With nothing else to do, and with the possibility of the entire Multiverse being destroyed, Peter has to do his best to find hosts, allies, repair the System to find out the ultimate truth.

How did the False Divinities corrupt the System? Why was the System betrayed?

More importantly, how was the life of a powerful entity, so vast and ancient, sprawling across the entire Multiverse so easily destroyed?
