In a world where superheroes once maintained peace and justice, an ominous figure known as the Architect has orchestrated the rise of the Sovereign Order - a coalition of every criminal syndicate, evil scientist, and villainous outfit on the planet. Through sheer overwhelming force, the Sovereign Order has managed to systematically crush the superhero resistance, condemning the age of heroism to ashes.

As the regime tightens its grip on global domination, only a handful of legendary heroes remain to oppose the Sovereign Order's totalitarian rule. Auracon, Basilisk, Cryosphere, Kinetispark, Phase-Shift, Behemex, and Sonik must go underground and wage an intricate, long-game resistance to undermine the Architect's forces from within.
