The Interesting Times Club and are back and this time they mean business.

Xavier is back on Earth with the Goddess of the River, this time he's had to venture to Florida, seeking a shortcut to the Iron Brotherhood's legendary stronghold, but Earth still has unfinished business with the Governor of Trafalgar.

Following the death of the Emperor, Sir Brand the dragonslayer, togther with his new wife Princess Blodwyn, the two people with the best claim to the throne of Midriver, have left the Empire to look for Brand's long lost family.

This leaves Lord George holding the increasing fractious Empire together. To investigate the late Emperor's murder and uncover the hidden Iron Brotherhood traitor he calls on the unlikely pairing of young Lady Anna and the former Earth born spy Lady Kate. Lady Anna, however is more focused on avoiding her mother and seducing Jake, the pit fighting master engineer.

Please note, this is the last book in the Minefield Full of Penguins series so contains spoilers for the earlier two novels but it is a standalone read.

This book contains graphic (consensual straight) sex scenes, bloody violence, dark humour, extreme innuendo and puns that will make your hair curl. There are same sex relationships and many of the characters aren't white.
