Unfortunately for our protagonist, who was originally slated to reincarnate as one of the heroes, a devil's bargain has altered his fate.

Now stuck as an "evil eye", Nivek has acclimated to his predicament quite well by embracing his role as a form of coping mechanism.

The first thing on his shortlist was to invert his "Earth" name and immediately enlist some minions to his meglomaniacal plans.

However, things won't be so easy as he starts off in hostile enemy territory, a brewing war, and not to mention the adventurers who attack him on sight.

Nivek is going to have to be clever if he's going to survive, much less defeat the heroes… but with the ghost of his humanity haunting him, it's not going to be easy.

"Reborn as an Evil Eye" is a monster evolution isekai litrpg series that features an "evil eye", a floating eldritch aberration from the outer realms. Its setting takes place in a high fantasy world with classes and levels like that of tabletop RPG or a video game but does not take place in a virtual or online world.
