Vern is a Ranger, an official who's responsibility it is to guard and protect the wilderness around his home village. His life is simple, he loves his work, and he loves the wilderness, but he is lonely. Until he begins to travel with a huntress from outside the kingdom's borders. fighting monsters and patrolling the lands, ensuring the safety and protection of man from nature as well as nature from man. Until one day when an unknown and dangerous force begins to disrupt the ecosystem's balance, causing panic and ensuing chaos. It's up to the Ranger and the Huntress to track down and stop this threat before it's too late.
