**Hello! On hiatus until 1 August so I can edit what's been published so far, including overhaul of the system. Might delete and reload, as will be substantially different.**

Doon Wrigley is a hapless romantic, who leaves his Tooting* home to dive headfirst into a fantasy gameworld in search of the lost love of his life.

What to expect (fingers crossed):

- Slow burn. I'm hoping that doesn't mean it's dull - but it does mean that the action is interspersed with long sections of other stuff happening.- Cozy touches I wasn't expecting to write- Some stats, but not enough to detract from the flow of the story- A fantasy world that's D&D colourful rather than grimdark (I love me some grimdark though)- A system that's figured out, but in the background.

I'm currently writing in first person present tense (after the prologue).

Also - this is turning out to be very much a first draft. I'll need to edit it ruthlessly once book one is done.

Finally, I'm beyond grateful to each and everyone of you who gives up their time to read it.
