In the war torn lands of Iozia, there lives the most insanely foolish being, an animated scarecrow named Vega. Intensely social, intensely friendly, and intensely creepy. In fact, she is incredibly obsessive about 'helping people (killing people, stealing from the Oligarchy, and general crimes against common decency). If you ask her to 'help', your slightest whim is her command!
Her journey begins when a far off voice begins to speak, and speak only to her... and she starts to discover secrets about the Oligarchy of Ioz, her new bandit friends, and of her mysterious past...
Can she save the Oligarchy from the Tripolian Empire?
Well, she certainly can't make the situation worse...I hope...
