None of you will believe me. You'll say I went to Canalave and wrote a fantasy based on Sinnoh's history.
You'll say this is all the ramblings of a senile old man on the verge of death.
The League will likely censor this, too.
But I can't hold back any longer. I can't keep quiet anymore.
When Cyrus's plan to release Giratina failed, the League wasted no time in assuming credit. It was their genius that saved Sinnoh, of course. But I know the truth. All those who suffered in Team Galactic's evil- insulted by the League's sugar-coating of what truly happened.
I was there when Cyrus died. I was there to witness Dialga and Palkia- two Pokémon unseen for so terribly long that most thought they were myths. I was there to see Giratina.
I will tell you of my adventures in ancient Sinnoh. Most of what I'll describe will probably be corroborated in historical documents, but you'll soon find that I know more about Hisui than anyone on this earth. Am I making it up? Or did I really travel back in time… and live to return to the present?
Read, and form your own opinion.
This story is based upon the events in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Rei was a normal citizen in Sinnoh until he was kidnapped by Team Galactic and taken to the top of Mount Coronet. Caught up in a conspiracy far greater than he, Rei soon realised that his fate was likely sealed. But, in his final moments, something strange happened. Something that would irrevocably change his life forever. Through powers not of his own, Rei finds himself living in ancient history- far before Sinnoh was known as Sinnoh. In this new world, he must adapt and gain the trust of those around him to survive. Only the Survey Corps will pave the way to the top of Mount Coronet- to the place Rei needs to go to return back to his time. But can he place his trust in an organisation so intricately linked with Team Galactic? Can he make it to the space-time rift to return home? And can he stop Giratina before it destroys Sinnoh in the future?
Rei was a normal citizen in Sinnoh. But that's going to change now.
