Two friends experience what they believe to be a world-ending calamity only to find themselves in another world trapped upon a floating island. The only help they receive comes in the form of a system offering them a select amount of magic abilities. The two spend decades, centuries even on the island never coming across another. Finally when enough is enough they take a chance, leaving the floating island to see what lies beneath.
