The whole world was plotting against Edward, he just knew it.
With the information provided by his uncle, the state was able to forcefully abduct him from his home, dropping him a city that seemed more like a prison. Surrounded on all sides by the city's towering walls, with guards blocking every exit, he had to figure out a method to escape—and fast—as the city's weird residents seemed to want to turn him into one of their own. Whatever solution he came up with would no doubt take all the wits and street smarts he'd accumulated throughout the years.
There was only one major issue with that, Edward was not the sharpest tool in the shed, and he had very little in the way of street smarts.
Starts off slow-paced, will move faster when it comes to me in a dream.
