Fearing that if they ever went rogue, there would be nothing at Humantie's disposal to counter them, and so these watches were created for that purpose. Having the ability to transform into a specific nation's shipgirl, the KANSEN Watch is a secret plan against Humantie's saviors if they ever turn against them.
