On the distant planet Ko, the sky is falling. Omen, the planet's moon, is breaking up and will soon come down on the world, wiping it clean of all life.
Ko holds a treasure on its surface, though; not gold or silver or unobtainium, but intelligent life.

Which means going down and meeting them, face to face, living with them, and gaining their trust. The dangers are high, and the costs may be even higher. Even survival and success may leave one changed forever.
And behind it all lingers the question; why is the moon falling at all?
