At 12, Iris fell into the Greater Labyrinth, a living hell for all that is alive. After six years, she has crawled out, not unharmed—her eyes and a hand were the price. Now, she wishes to live among the living.
With a cat in tow, she seeks a peaceful life, but not before she fulfils the quest of saving her familiar, who has lost its identity. For that, she will, again, walk a journey filled with unimaginable fiends. This time it will be easier; after all, she was the 'Lightning Lord.'
First Arc: Trinity Festival
The first place Iris arrives at is the capital city of Gracia, Sangfroid. She happens to stumble on the information about the thing she is looking for to release her familiar, Winny, of the curse. But it is not free; there is a condition she must fulfil: win the Trinity Tournament. A simple task. The journey begins.
Note: Even if the title implies otherwise, this is not a power fantasy.
[Expect political drama: Noble's trying to one-up each other, character drama, laws that are unbreakable regardless of strength, characters having mental breakdowns, and Iris's journey of overcoming her trauma and healing her familiar.]
(Of course, there will be satisfying badass moments in between all of that.)
