What is a goon to do when some unstoppable do-gooder starts a one-man war against the underworld?

Freel leads a merry little band of killers and face-breakers in the big city. When they find themselves outmanoeuvred at every turn by a mysterious stranger on a full-blown action hero rampage, the boss is not happy.
