The Devil reached his hand out, and Dante took it.

It is the year 1827.

The Shywalt Family rose in prominent reputation for generations. For over a century, they've been a symbol of hope for the working class, a beacon on which the less fortunate could rest. Until one fateful day, when betrayal brings about their downfall, endangering Dante's dream that birthed from the depths of his life of misfortune: to change the world.

When Dante strikes a deal with a mysterious figure, he finds himself entangled with an everlasting promise that alters his perception of reality. People feel willing to share anything with him, and his desires seem attainable with supernatural ease.

Yet little did he know, that his encounter with the Devil was not without its reasons. Dante had become a cursed man, his dreams of changing the world intertwined with the fate of not only his own dream, but the fate of those who suffered from the same curses he lives through today.
