On the flat world of Arret where the moon never sets, there exists a 'Concept' for every idea conceived, and these Concepts are masked, immortal magicians embodying the very idea they are named after.
In the far south, a traveller in search of the Concept of 'War' stumbles upon a mysterious underground palace, and she finds within it a statue of a little boy shrouded in artefacts from a long lost time -- but then she accidentally awakens the statue with magic, and the world trembles in fear.
The boy introduces himself as 'Absolute', the strongest Concept in the world, and she knew she had awoken something that should have remained buried.
What to expect:
A powerful yet mysterious protagonist, whose story is seen through multiple characters' points of view as they meet and interact with him.
A massive fantasy world explored through lots of travelling. Characters move from place to place between arcs, making for a story with lots of character and landscape illustrations, all machine made and further drawn upon by me.
Connections between characters and events from this fiction with those from 'World Concept - Heart' and 'World Concept - Infinite', as all three fictions take place in the same world. It isn't necessary to read all three to understand what happens in one, however. Each fiction can be read standalone.
Story planned downwards for eight years, starting from the ending. ~3 million words for this one fiction, ~9 million for all three fictions, short story spinoffs not included in word count. ~4k words per chapter.
If you like super long multi-fiction fantasy epics with very light LitRPG elements and deep mysteries about the world itself, 'World Concept - Absolute' might just be the right story for you.
