A stand alone novella chronicling one of Sara's many adventures in the world of the Arcanum.
After the rain leaves survivor Sara and her wolf pup Fenrir disoriented and hypothermic, they wander unknowingly into the territory of the corvu, a fierce birdlike people with little sympathy and even less patience.
Now, armed with nothing but the clothes on her back and her human ingenuity, she must fulfill their demands by plunging into the blue, uncharted waters of a world where survival is the exception rather than the norm. What could possibly go wrong?
