Escaping from the authorities for the crime he didn't commit, Vega chartered a ship as an illegal passenger. Not having anything worthwhile, he left everything behind.

But then his life changed when an attack befall the ship. Only with a magical item given to him by the mysterious old man, Vega lives in the new place called the Islands. The place where adepts live with capability to harness their mind and soul to do magic.

His life would changed into a monotonous life. Learning, eating, meditating. But whispers of attacks and missing apprentices disturbed his routines.

Abominations, they say. People who harness the power of their will, spirits, and body. With their body as hard as steel, and the face that surprisingly similar with normal human.

Are they really a bad guy? Is the difference in ideology is the only reason of drawn out hate and battle?

The story will heavily based on eastern cultivation world and western magical system. What if both of them living coexist together?
