Inspired by absolutely impossible events, Nice Monsters, takes place across an insane stretch of time. But mostly, it happens in July of 1987 and in a year so insanely distant from 1987 that no one can say with any certainty when, exactly, it will be.

Niv, an enemy of this futuristic Earth state, is sent back in time to undo the errors of her advanced society, which have rendered every human on Earth immortal and impervious. Only her and Paul, a young boy from the year 1987, can stop the impending carnage schedule for the lunch-hour and right the wrongs of humanity gone mad. A mysterious secret locked in Paul's mind may hold the key.

Things get complicated when the whole population of the future Earth are trying to stop you, and the rules of time travel depend on how charismatic you are.
